Shipping Destinations
We ship our fishing supplies to customers within Spain, across the European Union and internationally.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, except during peak seasons or promotions.
Shipping Methods
We use reputable carriers based on location and package size/weight, such as CORREOS, ZELERIS, SEUR, CORREOS EXPRESS, DHL.
Shipping Costs
Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping within Spain, except for Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Melilla, and Ceuta, where standard shipping rates apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Within the European Union, all prices include VAT. Orders to non-EU countries may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. International orders may experience customs delays.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the package is damaged or lost so we can assist you in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer protection laws.

Special Shipping fee for Fishing Rods
Fishing rods require reinforced packaging due to their length and dimensions. Rod orders are shipped under a special fixed shipping rate of €19.95 within mainland Spain and €39.95 for all other destinations (including Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Melilla, and Ceuta, as well as destinations outside Spain).
Customs and Duties (outside EU)
Customers located outside the European Union are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
